Hi, I’m Theresa Slater (she/they). I offer art therapy and psychotherapy to adults seeking growth, integration, and expression. My practice supports people who are exploring emotional insight, personal alignment, and self-trust through gentle, grounded presence and creative process.
I’m currently completing my designation as a DTATI Candidate and practicing under supervision as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO. My approach is trauma-informed, harm-reduction oriented, and grounded in cultural humility. I integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and parts work, and offer space for both visual expression and reflective dialogue.
